In Naruto, Jiraiya is one of the three legendary sanin that trained under the third hokage, or ninja leader. He trained Naruto and is the author of the Make Out Tactics series.
This was @Jiratsu.cosplay's first cosplay and he wore it for the first time in Venezuela.
