Playing a dark role in Bound to Vengeance
Ivlev plays Eve, a woman who is kidnapped and confined in a basement by a sexual predator. Her character later turns the tables on her torturer.
"The scenes with Eve and Phil [kidnapper] were at times so intense because we both kept escalating our characters," she said, noting "you get lost in the moment."

Ivlev critically acclaimed as the lead in the thriller/horror "Bound to Vengeance"
Ivlev earned praise for her lead role in 2015 movie "Bound to Vengeance," which premiered at the Sundance Film Festival. Her performace drew comparisons to to 'Winter's Bone-era Jennifer Lawrence,' according to The Hollywood Reporter.
Ivlev on TV and on stage
Ivelv also has starred in many TV shows including Shameless, Major Crimes, The Young and the Restless, Days of Our Lives, The Forgotten, CSI:NY, Boston Legal and Weeds. Additionally, she was the voice for the character of Lauren in the video game Dead Rising 3. On stage, Ivlev starred in a teenage drama called “Dry Land,” which immediately became a New York Times Critics' Pick.
